District Clerk's Home Page

The District Clerk is the custodian of the two District Courts' Records.

We are actively e-Filing in Civil, Family and Criminal cases.   Our office is paperless in civil, family and criminal cases.  Our scanned documents will be recognized as the original documents and not retain the source documents.   All documents that are eFiled must be accompanied with a Civil/Criminal Process Form (pdf).

We summons juries for all of the courts--Justice of the Peace, County Court and District Courts.  The jury questionnaire may now be filled out online and it is sent straight to our office. Saving the county postage and time.  If you are unable to come on the day you are summonsed, please give us a call and we will be glad to reschedule you.

We work closely with the Attorney General on child support cases.  The Child support tab gives directions on child support cases and Income Withholding for Support instructions and the blank forms for custodial, non-custodial parents, pro se parties and attorneys.

Our office is an Acceptance Facility for U.S. Passports.  Please go to travel.state.gov for passport applications or for more information.

Please call if you have any questions, we will be glad to assist you in any way.
