The mission of the 64th and 242nd Judicial District Community Supervision and Corrections Department is to develop and maintain a supervisory organization designed to protect the community by providing cost effective continuum of sanctions that will enhance public safety, and give maximum opportunities for offender reform, rehabilitation and reintegration.
Our objective is to provide a comprehensive range of effective sentencing options to the Courts, reduce criminal behavior in the community through effective supervision, promote educational advancements and employment skills development as an alternative to crime, and assist victims of crime through collections of offender restitution.
Our goal is to provide community corrections programs that produce productive, law abiding citizens, and ultimately reduce criminal activity within the community.
